Hands on experience in Cisco network support including (Switching, Routing, ACI, Load balancers, etc) Expert in administration of Cisco network stack, fixing incidents and executing changesExperience on Datacenter network components & Cloud networkingCCNP or CCIE certification is preferredExposure and experience in CISCO UCS & Voice is a plusMust have relevant ITIL tools & processes knowledge (Incident, Change and Problem).
